At Doghealth, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If a size isn't right or a style doesn't fit your vision, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is free of pet hair and odors.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
